Corporate Cooking School

In December 2009, the Piquant team transformed the Overseas Passenger Terminal, Circular Quay, into a culinary master class for 450 participants from IT@AMP for their 2009 Christmas Party.

 

The participants had the opportunity to learn about cuisines from around the globe from a hand-picked team of Sydney chefs, whilst getting hands on kitchen experience. But there was one twist… the participants had to decorate their section in their designated countries theme and produce all of the canapés for their cocktail party that evening. The decorations and canapés produced by each team were critiqued by a panel of judges … so the heat was on!
